Application

Test scope: Buckle intalled with stainless steel band on steel pole and apply tension load on band. The test imitate the real usage of clamp during outdoor application. After the required tensile load was reached buckle should not break or deformation.

When the tensile load was reached 7KN, buckle did not show any deformation or damage. After the tensile load was reached 8.09KN the band start to deformation but the buckle still showed no deformation.This buckle passed the tensile strength test, we certificate its quality after inspection and approve for further usage.
