Jera line has the technology of molding or tooling, used in plastic injection, die casting and cold stamping process. In the tooling workshop, we create a different molds for further production of plastic parts for different products related to our product range.

Jera Line is capable to create a mold to produce from polymer raw materials are PA Nylon, ABS, PC, PS, PP, PVC. We use different mold materials such considering the lifecycle of mold. All the mold materials we inspect by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) to comply to the material specifications. The mold parts are regularly checked with the digital scanners to comply to the initial mold drawing, as well as product drawing.
Therefore, Jera fiber can develop new products, or provide customization of existing products based of specific customer request. Daily improving the production facility we serve our current customers and doing our best to achieve new challenges of power cable market.
