Jera line as a direct manufacturer takes the quality guarantee responsibility for the products that it is producing. We’ve decided to tell some words about it, to make any supplier choice more precise. We strictly recommend you evaluate new supplier not only by price ratio, but also by quality, and guarantee responsibility policy, especially in area of power cable infrastructure.
While some factories offers a warranty period of expired after Bill of Landing, Jera line has a warranty of five years for our products. During this period, if there are any quality issues (excluding damage caused by misuse or wear and tear of consumable parts) or malfunctions, you can contact us at any time. We will devise a plan to replace, return, or resend the problematic products. Furthermore, if there are any usage issues during this period, feel free to consult us at any time.
Jera line stands for the importance of product quality and we do not use second-hand materials. As well we understand that durability type test standards request for electrical products, that may safe life, during end user applications, or even during unnecessary repairs, and not happened overhead or underground cable accidents.
Jera Line Guarantee Includes:

Initial product guarantee for all items 5 years from date of shipment.

In special circumstances the extended guaranteed responsibility maybe taken.

The product guarantee should not cover the cases: wrong item ordered, wrong installation by end user, wrong warehousing conditions by end user, logistics damages. The pro duct guarantee is to be discussed once any of the 3rd party side were involved into the deal.

Any of 3rd party inspection body (SGS, BV etc) are welcomed to be assigned to check the goods before delivery. As well as any samples from the batch maybe sent to you before the delivery.

The Scope of Repairs Under the Extended Warranty Includes:

Free Replacement Warranty (FRW): During the extended warranty period, if the product has problems, the manufacturer will replace or repair it for free.

Partial Replacement Warranty (PRW): The manufacturer pays part of the repair cost.

Refund: If the product cannot be repaired, consumers can receive a partial refund.

Testing scope includes: Electrical ageing test, Electrical contact test, Shear head bolt test, Corrosion aging test, Ultimate tensile strength test, Low temperature assembly test, Galvanization thickness test, Chemical composition test (metals), Material hardness test, Xenon Light Accelerated Weathering Test, Fire resistance test, Temperature and Humidity Cycling Test etc.
