1. When all finished products are put into storage, the warehouse management personnel confirm and count the quantity of the finished products, and prepare the inspection form to submit to the quality inspection staff for inspection according to the corresponding standards.
2. The quality inspector randomly selects samples from the products and sends them to the laboratory for inspection.
3. After the inspection is over, make a good label, distinguish between qualified products and unqualified products.
4. Record the unqualified products into the file, find the reasons for the unqualified quality, and list the key points.
5. The workshop team leader inspects the quality management focus according to the established standards and continuously conducts preliminary inspections on the products.
6. Properly store the qualified products, place them in the warehouse according to the arrangement of the warehouse team leader, and strictly prevent random stacking.
