Application

The low-voltage fuselink Fuse link 22x58 32A 500V is a device which limits the current of connection, due to a function of ehermal bimetallic strip. The switch is integrated in a fuse that simplify its outdoor application. Should be installed before electric meter, overhead or in the cabinets. Once installed overhead - on the pole,

eliminates the end useraccess.

The main applications including:

● Residential Electrical Circuits:

Used in household distribution boards to protect wiring and appliances from overcurrent and short circuits in lighting systems, outlets, and small appliances.

● Industrial Control Panels:

Commonly used in industrial control panels and machinery to safeguard electrical components such as motors, relays, and transformers from overloads.

● Power Distribution Boards:

Protects low-voltage distribution networks by acting as a safety device in distribution boards for safe power delivery in both small and large-scale applications.

● Lighting Circuits:

Provides protection in lighting circuits, preventing overloads in systems such as LED lighting or commercial lighting arrays.

Test

Fuse holder FHp-459 insert 22x58 Circuit protection fuse is designed to meet international safety standards (e.g., IEC 60269), to ensure that the 22x58 mm fuse link is safe, reliable, and capable of performing effectively.

Some of testing scopes as following:

● Dielectric Strength Testing: To verify that the fuse link can withstand specified voltage levels without electrical breakdown.
● Temperature Rise Testing: To measure the temperature increase of the fuse link during operation at rated current.
● Short-Circuit Testing:To confirm that the fuse link can interrupt short-circuit currents safely and effectively.
● Overload Testing:To ensure that the fuse link can handle overload conditions without failure.
● Mechanical Endurance Testing:To evaluate the durability of the fuse link through repeated use.
● Contact Resistance Testing:To ensure minimal electrical resistance at the contact points of the fuse link.
● Environmental Testing:To verify the performance of the fuse link under various environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature variations).
