Components and materials
Made of UV resistant thermoplastic, plastic shear head but, aluminum tin
covered teeth,
the
piercing connector ZOP-261 is very durable and easy for installation with a wide
application area. Such as low
voltage electrical cable lines, street
lightning, last mile buildings, houses.
The
middle voltage cable connector ZOP-261 provides the simulations connection from
main to branch cable line. The application of piercing connector reduce the labor
time, and damages or insulation of main cable.

Dielectrical voltage test in water EN 50483-4:2009 clause 8.1.3.1
Cables: 25 smq and 150 smq.
Test scope: The dielectric strength test was applied, installed on
cables 25 mm and 150 mm, with cut end cup. The product was putted into water tank under 30 cm,
and 6 KV voltage was applied through.
Conclusion: According to standard the product had passed the test, no damages
appeared.
Shear head torque and cable puncture test:
Conclusion: according to standard the mentioned product had passed the required
tests in above.
We certificate its quality after inspection and approve for
further usage.
