To achieve the initial product guarantee, we need to maintain the specific production technology, which was improved by years of experience. We work on materials, standard process operations, quality control, tooling, molds, equipment and try to implement the best of our knowledges of business area in our products.
JERA LINE guarantees that all products delivered by us meet the following quality standards:
1.Fully comply with the specifications and requirements needed by JERA LINE.
2.Comply with relevant national and industry standards of specific market.
3.Provide corresponding routine test inspection reports when necessary, including material inspection, component detection, assembly testing, and terminal detection.
4.Safe and reliable, no safety hazards.
The scope of repairs under the initial warranty includes:
1.Free Replacement Warranty (FRW): During the warranty period, if the product has problems, the manufacturer will replace or repair it for free.
2.Partial Replacement Warranty (PRW): The manufacturer pays part of the repair cost.
3.Refund: If the product cannot be repaired, consumers can receive a partial refund.
Jera Line strengthens self-monitoring capabilities and follow up with synchronous information.
We clearly express to employees the company’s emphasis on self-inspection capabilities, set specific self-inspection goals and expectations, provide employees with necessary training and skill improvement opportunities, and improve their self-inspection capabilities. The analysis and processing of data are included in the daily work of relevant management personnel.
