Insulated tie CO120 is made of high strength galvanized steel, and overall body is covered with black polymer layer which is processed by coating technology. We used high quality galvanized steel to make tie has good tensile strength, and insulating layer also provide insulatitity which allow it to be used in MV & HV electrical line distribution.
Polymer covered tie CO120 is appropriate for conductor size 120-1500 mm2. It’ s usually applied in pairs, and installed in opposite to each other. Can be installed as both top and side on insulator as coated side tie or coated top tie. The installation of this helical formed tie is very easy, no need other tools during installation.
APPLICATION
Size of covered conductor to install with is easy to be recognized by the color code of side ties formed. Jera coated passed a series tests according to EN 50483-4, NFC 33020, and IEC 61238-1 standards. Tests including tension strength test, humidity and salt test, temperature cycling test.
