Insulation piercing connector P2X-150, also called cable IPC connector, used with self-supporting ABC cables with insulated main use and end use conductors, up to 1000V. It’s appropriate for main or branch conductors with aluminum or copper wires, which are applied in overhead installation during low voltage subscriber connective.

The wire IPC connector is made of UV resistant thermoplastic body, stainless steel bolt, aluminum shear head and washer. These materials are with superior mechanical strength and weather resistant which guarantee long time service life. And the design of contact plate is suitable both for alloy and cooper cables.
The installation of this LV ABC piercing connector is very easy:
- Adjust the connector nut to suitable location
- Put the branch wire into the cap sheath fully
- Insert the main wire and turn the nut by hand, then fix the connector in suitable location
- Screw the nut with the sleeve spanner until the torque nut is shear off
