Despite of some cases the Jera Line guarantee will not cover, we stive to solve any problem appeared on win-win basis of cooperation, measured by long term style.
So the Jera Line guarantee not cover the following cases:
● Incorrect item model ordered. Sometimes customer orders item that is different to application required, despite of recommendations.
● Incorrect material choice. In case of OEM orders many customers want to decrease the price and consider lower quality standards, this is ok for purchasing department but not ok for application with duration of usage. For instance the climatic conditions require the materials have the excellent corrosion resistance, however customers prefer to save the money due to electrical galvanization. This will reduce the product life span and case the repairs not once in 15 years, but once in 5 years. This will increase the final project costs if you consider long term application.
● Wrong product installation by end user. The cable products that we produce, highly depends on cables that they applied with. So sometimes customers do not use the specified cables due to cost reduction way (thinner cross section) or due to mistake in application (bare cables instead of insulated ABC), or cable without neutral messengers etc.
● Wrong logistics and transportation. For instance, the truck delivery of goods without pallets. This will damage the initial cardboard no matter how good box should be. Or further transportation mistakes from customer’s warehouse to end user filed application.
● Wrong warehousing process by end user. Water leakages, forklift crash, wrong depalletizing, mismatch of heavy to light weight goods on one pallet, simple drops of boxes.
● Other Exclusions and Unforeseen Circumstances: Guarantees shouldn’t cover events beyond reasonable control.
● Third-Party Claims: Avoid guaranteeing against claims by third parties.
● Consequential Damages: These are typically excluded from guarantees.
